S&A was wonderful, they assisted in the redesign of one of their floor plans (The Madison), that made it fit our family's needs and budget. They were very attentive, quickly answering phone calls and emails, and we are very happy with the overall quality and finish of our new home. We've been in our home now for just over a year and have had no real issues.

S&A Homebuilders in State College,Pa was start to finish AMAZING! Destiny Rhymer is the first point of contact in the sales office and made the process a smooth start. The townhome was scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023. Along the process Ellen McDermott is in constant communication and provides photos of most every stage as if it were her home! Finally, meet Tom Seaman the best project manager that I have ever dealt with! He is readily accessible and happy to turn over a final product that is move-in ready on time at the end of 2023! The very few things that I found on the walk-through were immediately rectified, even before closing. Our experience with S&A is 5*****!

I live in an S&A built home currently. It is 15 years old built in 2009. Nothing bad to say about the build AT ALL. Can't wait to build another S&A homes in the near future as I'm outgrowing my home.
