Ryan Tower

Having viewed one of the properties today with Helen (who, it seems, is clearly very friendly & good at her job) there is one clear problem than anyone reading this review needs to know. The heating is not controlled by the person living in the apartment. It’s on ALL the time during “colder” months. If you want to not be really hot then you have to pay even more for electricity costs & purchase aircon. How on gods green earth is this feasible? You can’t control your own heating? Madness. Otherwise the flat my wife & I looked at was about to be our next home.

We’ve been here about six months and we’ve been really happy with the property. Helen is by far the best building manager either of us have ever had (I mean honestly, even in other “luxury” apartments have you ever seen another manager who is always in the office during open hours? She’s so easy to reach!), and the other staff are wonderful too. We’ve been impressed with how on top of regular maintenance they are—it’s clean, landscaped, and the few issues have always been dealt with proactively and quickly.

We love Ryan Tower. Despite being old, the building is clean and well maintained. The community here is very kind (and dog-friendly) and the location is amazing. We feel very safe here. Helen(building manager) is awesome! Always extremely nice, helpful and accommodating.

My apartment is perfect! It’s quiet and well designed. Fantastic views out every room. Helen in the rental office is so wonderful! I am having a great experience living in Ryan Towers!

I absolutely love living at Ryan Tower. My boyfriend, Beagle puppy and I been here since September 2018 and have had nothing but great experiences. MANAGEMENT The management team here is truly awesome. They never hesitate to ensure that each and every resident at Ryan is happy and taken care of. You're always greeted with a smile and genuine conversation from Cesar and Carlos, whether they're in the front office or running around the building. It's very evident that the team is constantly working to better the overall atmosphere, moral and living conditions for all the tenants. They also go out of their way to plan social events for the Ryan Tower community-- such as holiday celebrations for everyone in the front lobby with wine and treats, donuts every Friday, grilled cheese day--- & man
