When is the noise going to end!!!! Since September ‘22, it’s been nonstop. Jack hammers starting at 7am is RIDICULOUS! Workers on the weekends and into the night in the summer… The peace that some of us moved to the area for, has been long over.

I had a great experience in my home buying process and I was so skeptical at first for all the reviews I was reading online. I’ll say this much as a brand new home that has not been tested through time, there might be one or two things you find that may need a fix but literally took me a couple minutes to make a phone call and have something schedule. The turn around was amazing. One example, I had an issue where I needed the drainage moved, all I did was make a phone call and without exaggerating James the project manager showed up 30 mins later to check it out and got me scheduled for something next day! For that reason I give five stars. My pre-drywall inspection was flawless nothing was found but I’ll still recommend getting one since mistakes can happen. Anything found afterwards from
