Today I toured a property where Mario was representing the seller, and unfortunately the experience was extremely unpleasant. Within minutes of the tour beginning, I noticed a very condescending attitude. At the start of the tour I asked a simple question about the garage size and whether my SUV would fit. Mario immediately shrugged his shoulders, threw his arms in the air and said “Welp,” instead of providing a professional or helpful response. Shortly after, he presented a form and asked me to initial it. When I asked why I needed to sign it, he responded that it was “required by the state of Maryland.” I explained that I am actively home shopping and have toured multiple properties and had never been required to sign anything before. He then asked if I had been touring with a realtor
