My wife and I began the process (a little early while we both still have earning potential) of finding our retirement home in late July. Gayle assisted me when I sold my first primary home in 2004, when I moved from MD to VA. 11 years later, and 2 out-of- State home sales later with out-of-State Realtors, I relocated back to MD. Gayle again was my Realtor for a home that I sold in 2024 and my mothers home that I sold in 2025. Gayle's insite, recommendations, guidance was so on point. We interviewed other realtors and we chose Gayle and HSA. We closed recently, and can say without reservation that we chose well. She was professional, patient, and willing to work with us through the listing process and every step of the transaction. We worked through changes to the plan when we just could not get the house ready to show, challenges with the home inspection process and all the little details that cropped up and took us somewhat by surprise.
