Hire Neil!! I can’t begin to say enough about how tremendous Neil was as a home inspector. I purchased a home built in the 1870s and was therefore very nervous about the condition of the home. Neil went way over and above to support me in the inspection. We spent 5+ hours walking through the site, and he took the time to really help me understand each piece of the home. His on-site expertise and guidance then helped me make informed decisions about what to ask for in the request for repairs and what work I would have my contractor do once I moved in. And he was just a genuinely nice guy! I’d highly highly recommend working with Neil for your next home inspection.
