Ryan Homes at Sparwood Farms

We are building a home for the first time and are going through the process from outside the Canton area. Dana has been very helpful and accommodating. She is always available to answer any questions that we have as well. She actually met us on her day off at the model home since we were coming from out of town, which we greatly appreciated. We met with Greg for the first time virtually. He was very kind. He went over every detail and answered the full page of questions that we had. We feel very confident that this process is going to go smoothly. He made us feel comfortable about the building process. We look forward to our next meeting!

I am building a home for the first time in this neighborhood, and I can't believe how quick and easy the process has been! Dana has been so enthusiastic and informative, and my project manager Greg is extremely communicative. I can't wait to move in.

Company has zero respect for private property. When asked repeatedly to stop placing their advertisement signs in my yard, I was continually ignored. I cannot imagine it would be a pleasant experience working with a home builder who won’t respect an ask as simple as that.
