Ryan Homes at Nathanials Grove

I recently signed a contract to buy a home in Nathaniel’s Grove. Living out of state I thought this would be a daunting task, but it went much smoother than I thought. Working with Cristina was great. I only met with her twice and she made me feel like we had a personal connection. She is great at keeping in touch and keeping me informed. We closed on our property in Nathanial's Grove in March, 2025. As with most new construction, there were some repair issues with the new house. We contacted our Warranty manager with Ryan Homes, Chris Trammel, to arrange for work to be done. Chris was extremely courteous and responsive to our service requests, and came personally to the property to introduce himself, and provide his personal phone number. Chris was knowledgeable about all aspects of our property, and effective getting the correct techs in to make the house 100% right. Overall, we trust Chris to take care of us, which was, and remains, much appreciated.

We started thinking about buying a house 3 months ago. We heard about Ryan Home, so I called and made an appointment with Cristina. She explained everything in a detailed and easy way, which made the buying process easy. Thank you Cristina. Thank you Ryan Home.

Be aware of your warranty. Less than two years and our driveway is flaking up. Ryan homes says it’s the salt. We have not used salt at all. But needless to say it’s past the one year warranty so we are screwed. James from the warranty department showed no concern. I guess all this money and your driveway only lasts one year. I warn everyone to stay away from Ryan’s homes.
