Ryan Homes at Heritage Shores 55+

My wife and I selected Ryan Homes and Heritage Shores for our next chapter of our lives and we're very pleased with our decision and our Ryan Homes experience. Throughout the process, we were kept well-informed and we were regularly communicating with our project manager. Always professional, patient and prompt, our Ryan Homes project manager was ever willing to ensure that we were pleased with the build from day #1. Working with Cayden and Liz at Heritage Shores Delaware has been a wonderful experience. The communication is outstanding! We get updates every week with pictures! We’ve been informed each step of the way and all of our questions are answered quickly. All of the team, including the financial staff necessary to buying a home, have been easy to work with. The whole process has been a pleasure! We can’t wait to move into our beautiful new home!

This is the second new home I have bought from Ryan Homes. Working with Liz and Caden has been a pleasure. They have been patient and professional throughout the process. My experience started with Mariah's cheery, upbeat golf cart ride to view the beautiful community. She didn't dismiss me at that point like most other community sales reps do. Instead, we picked out my lot, my colors, my wants and needs, and I had the complete cost in my hands within seconds. I was completely blown away by her efficient, streamlined process. She's a gem. Mariah is the best in Delaware for her commitment to her community and potential buyers.
