I honestly would not recommend anyone to occupy these units ESPECIALLY if you have children! I have been having an issue with mold (not just me multiple other tenants as well) and i have said something to landlord multiple times, maintenance was sent out ONCE and asked if i am the person that complained of mold that was literally it and i have not heard anything else about it! When i first moved in literally as she was showing me the unit my shower head was so molded and the bottom of the tub looked as if it would we will fall through any minute because it’s so rotted and just in terrible shape i asked the maintenance could it be replaced I was told No it would be to much work and”we are cheap over here” as i watched him put down a cheap adhesive plastic mat over a rotted out tub that my 4

Since I have lived in this apartment it seems that I have entered into an eternal war with the office and it even seems that I entered this war before I even lived in this apartment, it seems that I am paying for the apartment so that They can make my life impossible, they inflict real moral suffering on me without even knowing why. Now they had my car removed from the parking lot and when I went to talk to the lady at the office and she pretends not to know anything at all like she's not the manager and now for the renewal request the apartment, they ask me for all my bank statements to know how I spent the money for which I work very very hard and even the people who work at the bank are surprised that it is not possible for an owner to ask a tenant to see these bank statements and
