Had our home built by Brookfield Residential and must say we were very disappointed. The workmanship was poor. We moved in and had many issues including 2 interior doors that need to be replaced, a broken window, a broken cabinet, bathroom cabinets that didn’t have the soft close that we ordered and other issues that need attention.
Our sales people, Garry and Shalonda were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our site supervisor, Roger has been quickly responsive to our concerns. The entire process has been relatively easy and the finished product is great.
Very nice homes...and amenities in the community
Had a new home built by Brookfield, and we could not be happier with the house and the community at Heritage Shores. Everyone we've worked with there has been fantastic!
Great home building process... professional, organized, beautiful designs... and delivered our new home 3 weeks ahead of schedule!
