Both employees showed exemplary customer service skills and responsiveness. Their desire to keep us apprised and satisfied during the process was both appreciated and unmatched. Just closed on our new home in this development. Seems like aa great place to live and the amenities included are really impressive. The biggest reason Im leaving this review was our construction manager Tim B. This gentleman went out of his way to make us feel at home. Every request or question we had for Tim was answered within minutes. We felt as if we had known him for 10 years and our home was the only one he was building at that time. This goes a long way to making people feel like they are being valued as customers. To Ryan Homes, give this man a raise , he is truly a credit to your company !

We just closed on our new home in North Village at Grand Dunes and we are so excited! Our experience from start to finish was amazing. Brad answered all our questions and concerns every step of the way! We couldn’t have did it without him, Thanks Brad! My husband and I have been looking for a new place for over two years. We planned on a townhome that would give us a little more room than our present condo but nothing seemed to make the move worthwhile. Then we saw the billboard for Grand Dunes North Village. And we met Nikki. As they say the rest is history. I cannot say enough about Nikki. She is a wonderful person and it was a lucky day for Ryan homes when they hired her. They have just poured the concrete on our Villa.The minute we saw it we knew we found our next home. My husband and I are Thrilled. If everything goes as well from here on, we will be very happy with our decision to go with Ryan Homes But after Nikki , it’s a tough act to follow.
