I reached out to C&L after receiving a very minimal inspection done by another company. I called on a Friday evening and they were able to fit me in quickly. I expressed my concerns and they addressed and exceeded my expectations. They found concerns that the other company overlooked. They offer a military discount and were very communicative! Our experience with C&L Inspection was well worth the small investment for our home. From the initial scheduling of our appointment to the end, we were more than happy with our decision to have him do our inspection. Mr. Williams, licensed inspector, explained what his services covered and did not cover. He thoroughly inspected the outside (including drone) and the inside of the home. Once he was finished, he went over his detailed report including all pertinent pictures. This report was then emailed to us for our use. We highly recommend C&L Inspection services!!
