My family is in the market for specifically for a brand new home. I have always loved Ryan as a builder, my parents built their house through Ryan Homes. High quality for a great price. When we went to check out Charlestown Crossing in Cecil County we truly felt at home. I love the openness of the floor plans. The customer experience we received from Debbie and Kathy was outstanding. We felt so welcomed from the second we arrived. I am hopeful that come Spring, we will be ready to take the plunge. I know for a fact Charlestown Crossing will be at the top of the list.

My fiancé and I are in the market to buy a new home; we are currently renting. We checked out townhomes in Harford County and then came across the community of Charlestown Crossing in Cecil County. We were amazed at all that we could purchase in this community for a single family home—nice yard backing to woods for our dog, all brand new appliances vs used appliances, quartz counter tops—for the same price as a used townhome in Harford County. Although we told Debbie and Kathy we weren’t ready to buy for another year, they were so kind and informative. They treated us like we were the most important customers they had. We will definitely be giving these two fine ladies and this beautiful community our business when the time comes!

Ryan Homes at Charlestown Crossing made the home buying experience as smooth and efficient as possible. All of our questions were answered, and we were always able to get ahold of someone if necessary. We worked with Kathy Rossi to draw up our contract and get the process started, and she was super helpful for us every step of the way. We love the neighborhood and we are thankful that Kathy was able to make this process so smooth for us.

Home prices are bit inflated... Other homes in the area seem to offer more space at the same price. Homes are really nice otherwise.

I currently live at this location been here for about two years now love this place and the people here they are so friendly
