Ton Quinn Property Solutions are a blessing! They plowed all of our parking lot, when the county neglected our little cul-de-sac. As a homeowner we have had to endure dealing with other people’s landlords in our development not keeping up their properties. Since the Quinn’s have purchased several properties near us, they have done so much to help the entire neighborhood! They and the people they hire, are polite, kind and caring. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If all landlords were as “hands-on and genuinely caring about the neighborhood, the term “slum-lords,” wouldn’t exist. Thank-you Ton Quinn for being such a decent human being. God Bless You!

Lisa and Tom are phenomenal property managers. I’ve been a tenant for almost six years and have never had a single complaint. They’re kind, reliable, understanding and quick to act—every work order has been handled within a day, and Tom and his son, Caleb, do excellent, professional work. Honestly, we’ve needed very few repairs because their homes are so well cared for. If you’re looking to rent or buy, I highly recommend Quinn Property Solutions

On top of his properties, he may be however he’s also on top of tenants that do not belong to him over parking that doesn’t exist. He’s very nonprofessional towards anyone that does not rent from him. I’m not sure if it’s Tom or who it is but it would be appreciated if he would leave me alone and take care of his own tenants not trying to be a daddy to everyone else.

I gave Quinn's property five stars was renting with them for two years my landlord Lisa, was very upfront stern / Sweet at the same time lol very understanding and good with communication if you’re having any issues or problems, I would rent from them again. ❤️

The Quinns are the BEST in Elkton Very understanding as well as take pride in the properties. I’ve rented from them going on 6yrs and I have nothing but Great things to say. I’ve had good days and bad days but that doesn’t change the level of respect Lisa and Tom has giving me and my family. Until I am ready to purchase my home I will be under Quinn Property Solution and you should come on over as well.
