I enquirer about my HOA check sent on the first week of January to Aspen property Management Office in New York but has not been cleared till date. Daniel was very supportive and assured me that she would follow up on the issue. Furthermore, she sent me the online portal link for future HOA payments. Daniel was amazing and had the patience to answer all my questions. I really appreciate her dedication and service.

Have had the worst experience with this company. Me and my fiancé have been in he** in our neighborhood for years now since this company took over. I have brought up very important issues over the entire neighborhood and nothing has been done. When I reached out to Jeremy who is assigned to our neighborhood (several phone calls and emails) only to receive a very rude, unprofessional, and non helpful email back. My question is; why are we paying a yearly fee when things like fallen trees, atrocious yards, broken down cars, pools that have been up since last summer, and many more disturbances are being allowed…? This has made our lives miserable. It used to be a nice quiet community and have been there for 12 years. Unfortunately, we will be moving out of our place and will be taking a hars

I had the opportunity of meeting/speaking with Charlene. She is very knowledgeable and she take’s her job seriously. I also love her communication skills. Whenever there’s something needed, Charlene will try her hardest to make it happen. I couldn’t ask for a better ARC Coordinator for our Community.
