I have lived here for 6 weeks. My building is in poor condition, and reeks of pot (marijuana), rotted food, urine, etc. on all 3 floors. Screens are not provided in windows, yet they require tenants to keep apartments ventilated to prevent mold (which is in my shower). Mosquitoes and birds as well as birch pollen from the tree touching my bedroom window are free to enter. Steps on outside as well as decks and some signs are rotted, the 'stream' running through the property is full of debris and trash. Pot and hard drugs are readily available in the parking lot. While I am a retiree, I would never let a loved one or a child I knew live here. I so detest renting here I go backpacking to sleep in a tent. I have lived here for 1 year and love it! The staff are great. The maintenance team goes above and beyond. We had an emergency maintenance call past standard office hours and Christoper on their team was very helpful!

So I rented here a total of 7 months in a 2 bedroom with washer and dryer. Of the 7 months my washer worked 1 and a half months. I put a maintenance request in the first time and it took a month and a half. It was fixed for 1 wash and quit again second maintenance request was NEVER ANSWERED! THEN at the end Cristi the manager texted me and asked if I would be staying I clearly stated NO that I was moving. She then charged me for an extra almost $1800.00 because I didn't put it in an email even though it was in writing WHEN SHE ASKED ME. DO NOT RENT HERE! She is so ridiculous and will look for any reason she can to get more money out of you.

So far, even though this is an older property, the management is nice and the place is just perfect for me and my animals!! I didn’t lower it to 4 stars however since my furniture hasn’t arrived I can smell the stale smell of smoking that must have been there before the no smoking policy. I think I would have helped to change the flooring but I’m doing my best to freshen it up. And I need to contact maintenance about my blinds as some are cracked, don’t match or missing. But that is an easy fix!

The only reason this gets 2 stars and not 1, is because I love the office ladies. They have always been super nice and professional. They were not the leasing agents who were there when we moved in so they werent responsible for anything at that time. When we first moved in the walls still had wet paint because they forgot our move in date and we ended up having to sleep in our truck for a night after being told WE were wrong. The next day I proved we were correct by showing the corporate office our lease. There was hot pink spray paint all over the back deck. None of the closet doors were on the closets, just leaned up against the closet opening, so my husband had to put them up.
