Redevelopment site of demolished housing site. Hundreds of units, Mgmt. is actively involved in the community. Amenities include playgrounds, vegetable gardens, walking paths, on site community bonding programs, youth programs, and a community meeting space. These are rental units.

It's so quiet and everything is motionless by 9pm. Nothing except the Rio across a highway that never stops is the most noice your hear coming from these apartments. If you enjoy or require silence then sign a lease since everything is asleep before the street lights come on

It definitely stands out and makes that very small part of trenton look nice. But just like a bandaid over a broken leg, its not going to fix trenton. Bad water is still being pumped into the new development and the area is not that much safer... It looks great though..

Didn’t fix things just want rent money. Water bill comes from out of state. No one can explain how bill is broken down. Slum lords. Ceiling leaked for year was first to move into. Had to call city for them to fix than they just come into house without permission or calling me, kids were home. Smh ceil leaked worst once they fixed it look like it was raining inside. Moved fast wouldn’t recommend at all.

The walls are paper thin! The drama is crazy! But I love they named it after Tracy! I miss her so much! She was there 4 us as children so much!
