Rumsey Park Apartments

I have lived in this complex for over 20 years. I have seen property management come and go a number of times, so I have a good idea about what a great person for this position looks like and the qualities they should possess. Tim is awesome! He is responsible for so many things have no idea how he does it all, but ANY time I have needed something fixed, or had a concern of any kind, he has always made sure that its addressed immediately. He always goes above and beyond and is ready to help when you need it. Our lawn always looks beautiful. Nothing is ever out of order or out of place. Its a pleasure to come home when you smell flowers and fresh cut grass on your walk from the parking lot. I just parted ways here after 3 years. So bittersweet!! The Super and his family have truly made it feel like a true home. They have always been responsive and quick to action with questions or concerns across the board (including making 9pm visits to our door when I tripped the electric and couldn't figure it out lol). The area is incredibly quiet and safe, mostly families. The property is clean and well maintained. As far as rent, although high, it is below average for the area, an overall wonderful experience 💜

Rumsey Park is a hidden gem in the Caldwells. Is it as glamorous as the 2 grand plus rentals around the area? No. But, if you’re a renter looking for a clean and reasonable apartment, look no further. The property manager and his wife are amazing people who are very responsive and reasonable. Give them a call, location is great too, close to all highways, supermarkets, bars, etc.

I rented here a few years ago, but property management was great. Overall it was a great experience.
