Extremely unprofessional! Scheduled a appointment, called me next day of “receiving weird calls” I request a email stating what he was saying since this person was assigned by the court! The review said it all. However it was assigned by the court. What a waist of time. Good luck to all!
Poor attention 2 detail. John would cherry pick what pictures he would take and use. Bad quality camera was also used. Very unprofessional & inaccurate in evaluating & appraising process. I Got 2 more appraisals from 2 other companies & both were within 15k of 1 another while Mack Appraisal came in 40k & 55k lower than the other 2 companies. I would not recommend at all!
John came to our house and was very professional and courteous. He took his time and gave us a fantastic appraisal. I would recommend his without hesitation.
