Caldwell Village

I have been living here since April and have zero complaints. My experience has been very different to some of the things mentioned below and feel this place definitely doesn’t deserve 2.7 stars. Sabrina, Mike, Arman and the rest of the team are so friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. Sabrina made the application process and the paperwork for my ESA a breeze. She is so quick to respond to any questions I may have. The communication between the office and tenants cannot be faulted. The building is well maintained and probably one of the cleanest I’ve lived in. The trash thing doesn’t bother me as I’ve lived in places that have trash valet and people would leave their garbage in the hallways for days. I lived at Caldwell Village for 18 months and had to move due to job changes. I very much enjoyed my time there, it is a new, quiet, clean and super well taken care of building. My one bedroom was spacious, with great closets, washer dryer, beautiful granite and stainless kitchen with a special pantry space and the best dedicated parking space in the garage. The rent was super reasonable, especially for all that’s included. But the real star of the show is the management staff. Their office is at the entrance of the building and it was nice to have them there, it added layer of security and service, on par with having a doorman. Hark! Let it be known throughout the township of Caldwell Village that Sabrina Ali and Mike are servants of most excellent character and industrious spirit. To Sabrina, I grant much praise for her grace and steadfast guidance, and to Mike, for his swift hand and mastery over all repairs within these stone walls. Those seeking a dwelling of peace and merriment should look no further than this fine establishment.

Nothing is perfect in an apartment building, but I don't think this property deserves 2.5 stars. Mike and Sara in the office are good and Sabrina is excellent. She always greets you with a big smile and goes out of her way to help with any issues you have. The building is clean, great gym, ample parking and a good location.

This place is not built well, I was on the 4th floor and my apartment would shake and rattle from building movement so much that my dogs would stop dead in their tracks when they felt it. The elevators are continually broken. You have to drag your trash and recycling outside behind the building. There are cracks in the seams of the hardwood floors giving you splinters in your feet if u walk barefoot in your apartment. AND if you have dogs, which they say they accept if ESA, they harass you constantly. The garage is not secure anyone can walk in and out and have access to building. They never finished the exterior and there are exposed boards and foundation walls unfinished around the outside perimeter. PLUS-we were told everyone would have key fobs for their apartments but never happened.
