Found a place we loved but the real estate agent showing us the apartment rental failed to tell us about a broker fee. Until the day we got ACCEPTED. Slammed us with a month's rent worth of a fee undisclosed to us. Not a way to run a business I feel like we were scammed. Would never work with this company again. Missed out on a place we loved because of their lack of communication about fees.
My family was mourning the loss of a loved one and Ilene Kurland stopped by to offer her “condolences” while casually leaving behind her real estate contact information. She doesn’t know our family. Despicable tactic and an awful human being. How shameful.
