The representative from the Jersey Cith location was superb in her dealing with the consumer. She was kind, courteous, took the time to answer my questions, just a gem. In today's time, post COVID 19 pandemic, it's becoming increasingly difficult to get a live person, let alone good customer service. She was not good but great. I wish all places of business employed people with such great etiquette!!!
