Erica has done a great job managing the property. Since she started in August, communication and overall organization have noticeably improved. She’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about making things better for residents. Really appreciate her effort and management style.

Great location and neighborhood, and the current building management team, with Erica at the helm, is doing a great job of making this a wonderful place to call home.

Poor management. Units are terrible, if you live on the second or first floor you will need to deal with extreme noise from the old wood floors cracking all the time. Avoid this complex if you want a quiet apartment, since the day I moved here I regret of this decision. Edit: I keep living here and more than a year from the original review the complex didn’t improve a single percentage. Managers come and go and same issues continue to do not be handled. The company administering this building is a JOKE. Do not pick this property to live for your own sanity!

Royal Pines Management is very bad. Adem Sakic is managing the apartments currently. When I left the apartment on 15th September, I showed him the empty apartment at 8pm, handed over the keys. He also sent me an email confirmation that apartment is handed over on 15th September. Still he charged me rent and electricity bill till 16th September. I kept calling him since I received the charges(oct 15 2019) . After 100's of call, many msgs and many emails, to ask why he has charged me extra day, he did not reply to any. Today( i.e. 28th Jan 2020) he picked up the phone, when I called from my office phone. He said that he is not dating me that he should be replying to my msgs, and says that he did not receive any mail or call. He said he will not give back the money as I handed him key after 5

Walls are paper thin, floors are too. Apartments are desperately in need of an update. Rent elsewhere.
