Royal Crest Estates Warwick

Six years ago I was looking for home to live in with my two cats. My sister said check out Royal Crest apartments and sent me the link. I then went to visit and was met by some very friendly and amazing people who are the managers and are now known to me as Britney, Betsy and Wayne. They had me sold at hello and I moved in. While living here I met the love of my life, who was my neighbor at the time, and now my wife. Two years ago we moved into together staying at Royal Crest but in a bigger apartment. The following are some of the reasons we love it here: it's a quiet and friendly community; we love the community pool; we love living courtside (the view is amazing... from time to time you'll see deer and wild turkey); and the gym is kick ass. The service we receive here is top-notch.

I would gladly give 5 stars to this estate, as well as to the leasing specialist who helped me secure my apartment. Mr. Glenn Curry has been exceptionally helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. As I was relocating internationally to Rhode Island, I had to navigate numerous challenges. Mr. Curry was there every step of the way, providing guidance and reassurance. Being completely new to the country, I was unfamiliar with the many details involved in a rental application, but he made everything easy to understand and navigate. He was also incredibly accommodating and patient throughout. If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. Great job to all the leasing specialists at Royal Crest Estates Warwick!

The maintenance crew and the clubhouse crew are amazing Tom the maintenance guy for my building is amazing. He comes out in record, lightning speed, and the crew at the clubhouse helps me with my UPS packages. They even carry out my stuff to my car. I cannot even tell you how much I am impressed by this crew at this apartment complex. I love love living here they are so attentive

Do not move here *** Lived here for over a year - and overall extremely dissapointed with this place. Apartments are very dated and old for the astornimcal cost. --One building has 2 wash machines and 3 dryers for over 10 apartments. a washer and dryer was broken for over one year of me living here. Leaving only one washer for an entire building to share. Sent multiple emails to office staff with no resolution. and you have to pay for each cycle but goodluck getting a maching everyone leaves there stuff in hours on end. --Mold in hallways covered up with sheetrock. hidden fees like you would not believe. --They call it a smoke free complex but everyone smokes weed and they staff do absolutely nothing to enforce there rules. my place smelled like weed 24/7. --then goodluck moving out - read

I would like to thank Tom from the maintenance department for his continued cooperation and professionalism. Tom has always been there promptly whenever I have put in a service request.
