If I could give Roy 100+ stars I would! Roy was an excellent choice for me as a first time home buyer! He was great from start to finish! He is super knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home. From the start, Roy was SUPER patient with me! I described what I was looking for and what my price range was, and he then only showed me relevant homes using the credentials I provided. He was relentless in showing me homes, as he wanted me to purchase a home I truly loved! He was there for me throughout the whole entire process and spent countless hours on the phone with me and my husband. I would recommend him to anyone. I absolutely loved working with Roy! Roy Arbeit was extremely patient with me. I thought that I was ready to purchase a home many times in 2019 and felt that I wasted Roys time each time.
