I've lived at Park Towers for 14 years and can tell you personally that you'll never find a better building, super, landlord and management company. The Apts in this building are HUGE and some (like mine) boast beautiful balconies with amazing views of sunsets and sunrises. The building itself is very well kept and maintained by the super and porters. We have a great doorman and package room which makes coming home and finding your deliveries easy. The building just opened up a green space in the courtyard as well as a really nice gym with official equipment for just $10/month. I can't say enough great things about my experience living here and the wonderful neighbors I've had throughout the years. Supermarket is 30 ft from the building and the subway is just 3 blocks down, as well as buss

This is the worst landlord I have ever had. Number 16 on the list of worst landlord in NYC. 3,000 HPD violations for their Inwood and Washington Heights buildings alone. They have tried to kick out people, mainly people of color, who have lived in these buildings for most of their lives to make more money. They do not make repairs. Many tenants have court cases against Lewis Barbanel and this management company. A disgusting company.

if i could give negative stars...i would! The worst mgmt company in the tri state area! stay far away, take this as a warning...if you see BRM on your lease agreement, run and run fast!

I live in one of the buildings handled by BRM development. One of the worst managements ever. It is very tough to get on call with the office and building managers. They do not respond over mails promptly. They try to extract money as much as they can by applying unrealistic conditions on the fly. I had a leakage issue in the unit, it has been more than a month that they are yet to solve it. If you plan to rent a unit with this management, I would suggest you to be careful as I have bad experience with them.

Worst experience dealing with the management here. I rented the apartment this year only in Jersey City and I would never recommend renting building managed by them. My Experience so Far: was handed over the apartment without basic cleaning and paint work done after the last tenant moved out. Dishwasher broke within first week of renting and took them more than 2 months to resolve the issue. The building manager and the super won't respond to you on calls or emails until you keep bashing them again and again calling and emailing them repeatedly. The trash management is terrible. They remove trash once or twice weekly leading to trash spoiling in trash rooms and causing insects, mosquitoes and flies to buzz around. Window shade has been broken since last one month and they cannot even sen
