Extremely unprofessional experience with Ian Leigh. I confirmed availability for a specific commercial property and drove almost an hour to see it. Upon arrival, the agent showed me a different property that didn’t fit my needs and then casually said he “forgot the keys” to the actual space I came to see. He made zero effort to fix the situation. It felt like a bait-and-switch to push older, outdated listings that have clearly been sitting on the market. To make matters worse, he abruptly walked away mid-conversation and headed to his car without any proper explanation. Complete disregard for a prospective tenant’s time. Don't waste your time with this realtor.

I chose this company to work with based off of others recommendations. I will gladly say, if I didn’t have Mark Lipner by my side, the deal would not have even gone close to going through.
