Horrible service from start to finish. The team demonstrated a serious lack of knowledge about basic property management processes and repeatedly gave incorrect or incomplete information. When problems came up, they diverted responsibility, blamed outside parties, or simply stopped responding. Nothing was handled efficiently or professionally, and I was left to fix issues myself that they were being paid to manage. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would absolutely consider managing your property with someone else.

Christine McAnally deserves 5 stars for her excellent service. She has made time to spend with Linda Vista Village HOA President and Treasurer. She is able to move through the financials with expediency and rectify any issues that arise immediately. In addition she patiently walked us thru the Row Cal portal so that we are able to comply with our fiduciary responsibilities as board members. Thank you, Christine we appreciate you!!
