Eric Soto is wonderful. I highly recommend if you’re looking to get an apartment here, working with him is the way to go! He is wonderful. Within two days, I was signed and approved for my lease. The property presents as generally well constructed, though not exceptional. Build quality appears standard—wood framing with conventional insulation—and while adequate, the flooring would benefit from improved sound attenuation (e.g., gypcrete). Noise transfer between units is noticeable for those sensitive to it. That said, the interiors are well designed, visually appealing, and complemented by genuinely impressive views. Overall quality is solid, though it falls just short of true “luxury.” One observation worth noting is the consistent overnight presence of one to two vehicles parked directly across from the property, positioned in clear view of the sole non-emergency entrance. Started off nice, been here for 2 years and it’s been nothing but down hill. The complex will have a tow company come through at night looking for expired tags so they can tow you … yes, the $25 spot you pay for monthly and you can still get towed because the complex is ALLOWING the tow company to come in and do this. I could go on but it’s not worth it. Just look elsewhere!
