Rotunda built our custom home. Ed Frenette and the rest of the team were phenomenal. They were very patient with us throughout the process. They are extremely honest and have integrity. Their price was the most competitive compared to others. No matter the issue we encountered during the built process, it was resolved appropriately. Building a home can definitely be stressful situation. I was lucky enough to have Rotunda homes build my dream home. It took them 10 months from groundbreaking, which is much less than a-lot of other builder I looked into. Seriously do your research from the county to see how long it takes the builder to finish there homes. There are a bunch of them that are taking 1.5 years. From my first meeting with their sales Rep Greg I had a good feeling about the process. I dealt with two project managers, Ed and James. They were both truly fantastic to deal with. Every Monday i would get an email and briefing about what’s planned for the week ahead. Constant communication throughout and still open communication after we closed.
