We were extremely fortunate to have APRIL LAZO, Community Manager at Ross Morgan & Company, represent the large multi-unit building in Brentwood (Los Angeles) during the six years we lived there. She was highly respected by residents because of her dedication and professionalism, responsiveness, meticulous attention to detail, and unusual capacity for solutions-based thinking, often in addressing complex issues. If a series was ever made called “The HOA,” she would be the STAR!

I just want to start off by saying that my experience with Ross Morgan has been nothing but amazing! Especially working with my property manager Danielle M! She has always been professional, kind, cooperative, & most of all responsive to all my questions & concerns. Numerous times when I needed help with a problem or clarification, Danielle has always been there to help assist. They also have a good team in their office and I can honestly say that I trust them all. Very pleased with there services and glad to have them on my side, especially my Propery manager! I highly recommend them!

They are responsive, professional, and consistently go out of their way to make sure everything at our property runs smoothly. We have had the pleasure of working with Nikki Shahbaz from Ross Morgan as our Property Manager for our Residential HOA, she does a fantastic job, promptly scheduling vendors and guiding the board to help us make educated decisions on topics related to the property or regarding the HOA's financials. We let go of our former Mgmt Company and have been thrilled with Nikki and Ross Morgan for the past several years.
