Rosehill Gardens Apartments

Please do not rent here if you can afford not to . The apartments themselves are spacious and worth the actual cost of the rent for the area, but you will unfortunately be harassed by your landlord and property manager if you are disliked. Tenants in the building complain along with the super if you are not over the age of 40 and not their friends. The property manager threatens to break leases over every complaint and complaints are sometimes about what you do in the vicinity of your living space . As far as pricing I would say you get a good bargain and the park is across the street for kids along with close range to stores via walking distance (since Elizabeth traffic is inhabitable); but be prepared to deal with the harassment of complaints about everything ranging from your pet to you

To the owner of this building, You guys did know who is running this place Man, call a manager. He has no respect for the people who pay the rent here , ring thes bell just to yelling to a Tennant...

Gentrification at its worse the super was lying about the rent to make me think its not affordable
