I've had the worst experience with this company, and I have such a lack of communication. Tried to pay my bill this year, and the phone goes straight to dial tones. Last year, I was unable to pay due to a short-term disability. They wouldn't work anything out with me, and today, they just served us a court order summons for $700?? Get it together, guys. What do you even do?
Horrible. 330 dollars for what?
Large HOA community of townhomes and single family homes. The HOA is strict on rule enforcement, but it works hard to keep the community nice for all.
Every year they can't seem to open the amenities on time. It's like March 1st sneaks up on them. And when you call and ask why the answer is, "oh, we were supposed to get snow". Lol
They mow the lawn once a week. The pool and club house is great.
