Ive rented with a few management companies in the Bellingham area and Roma has been by far my favourite. They've always been incredibly communicative, respectful, hospitable and fair. Highly recommend them for any of your housing needs!

Renting a Roma townhouse apartments, I have found the place to have very thin walls, resulting in a constant barrage of loud noise from neighboring units. Despite lodging multiple complaints with management, it doesn't seem like they take the issue seriously or have made any efforts to address the problem. This lack of response has made it extremely difficult for me to relax and unwind in my own living space. The persistent noise makes it challenging to concentrate on work or get a good night's sleep. It's frustrating to feel like my concerns are being dismissed and ignored. Overall, the noisy environment and the lack of action from management have made my stay at this apartment complex unpleasant and stressful. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet

Roma is always the best, attentive to my needs, kind, understanding, quick acting, excellent maintenance, prompt. I just can't say enough, and everybody in the office ROCKS. Thank you 😊
