Dave helped us out with a contingency offer. We sold our condo within a couple of days at full price to close the deal on the place we wanted. He moved quickly and pushed on the right doors to enable us to close on time. He knew people in the loan department, movers, cleaners, etc. His contacts opened the doors. He is also very friendly and personal. He remembered that my wife liked the paintings that were in our new condo for staging and gave those to us as a gift following closing. He seems to have an inside track if you are in Birch Bay or Blaine.
