I stayed at the Meadows at June Road under our property manager, Jaime, for a little over a year. Lyn Property Management is by far the best rental management company I've dealt with. If you have a chance to sign a lease with them in the Bellingham area, do it. They are far superior in their tenant care compared to any of the other management companies I've experienced in the area. They are the first management company I've dealt with who really seem to care about the well-being of their tenants, rather than just making a quick buck. 10/10.

We have lived in our apartment for about 5 years! Before Lyn took over, it wasn’t the best experience. However, since Lyn took over, things have gotten much better! Not having our rent increased was great. We believe we pay a fair amount and are good tenants and it makes the decision to renew easy. It feels like we are cared for as tenants and not just milked for more money year after year. Lyn takes great care of the complex and is prompt to respond! We’re really happy with them.

LYN has done a great job. They recently have taken over the celestia and crescent apartments in Bellingham, Wa. They are responsive and care about residents having a great experience while living in their community. They are growing and will continue to grow with some of the new policy and continuing to have care with the human in mind. Great work!

We've recently rented a unit in the Celestia Apartments. LYN's process was seamless, and their communication was excellent. Their on site manager, Tim it's a pleasure to work with and is very responsive to all our questions. They even have a tenant portal is really easy to use.

LYN management has been so easy to work with. Their tenant portal is really easy to navigate, especially as a first-time renter. Zero issues, I’m really happy with my experience!
