I worked with Dan recently on a sale of my Father's home. I live out of state and there was a lot of work to be done to prepare the house for sale. I was dreading doing this work remotely or over several expensive trips. Dan made the process very easy. He coordinated all of the vendor work for cleanup and conducted the sale professionally. Dan even covered some of the pop up expenses that arose and that helped keep out of pocket expenses down. This was especially helpful, as he just "Handled it".
