Rolling Rock Apartments

I originally moved to Rolling Rock in 2018. I stayed until 2022. During my time at the Rolling Rock Apartments, I got to see a new management team take over and turn this property into a beautiful one. With every apartment community comes issues, but this team's ability to work on and resolve these issues is far beyond what the previous team was capable of. I was happy to call this place my home for the 4 years I spent there. A great place to call as your first home, or your next home

It's ok. I guess it's one of those you get what you pay for situations. The Prop Mngr Laura is cool people, but often not in. I guess she's managing the other Highland Properties? She's intolerant of BS, but she still does her job with compassion. Maintenance is very slow to no existent sometimes. There are yearly inspections of selected tenants and annual lease reviews. The exterior is usually very neat, lawn and parking lots kept up weekly. The stairwells get a little unkempt depending on the building and the tenants. The noise is very minimal with some occasional weekend rowdy... again depending on the building. The staff is so compassionate and although I can tell they are overworked, they have genuine passion for their tenants. They have always been helpful via email and phone. Very prompt when renewing my lease and helped me understand why they needed the things they did. Thank you to them and their time.

The new front office lady is much better than the last. It still takes a while for messages to be returned, but it's a pretty good place to live for the price.
