Disgusting experience with this property management company. After living at one of their properties for two years we had a flooding which resulted in finding asbestos in our home while raising a 2 year old child that they had no consideration for accommodating! Below are pictures of how they expected us to live in the middle on the winter, with a toddler! They took over two months to begin repairs and expected us to live under those horrendous conditions. Now 3 years later our credit has been hit for unaccounted for charges and DEBBIE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL manager I have ever encountered is refusing to answer the phone or call either myself or my husband back to explain these charges! The collection agency also cannot explain these charges but expect us to pay over $3000! We will be con

We began working with Debbie, Micheal and their team at Rogers Property Management in June of 2021, after unpleasant experiences with two different management companies in Durham. We had originally reached out to them around April of 2021, along with a few other vendors. From the beginning, they treated us like we were their most important clients. That’s what won our business. As a team, they are complete - organized, reliable, and efficient. We receive our monthly statements from them on time, EVERY month, as well as the rent deposits to our bank account. Debbie always finds quality tenants, at a great rental rate. Repairs are completed quickly, and the costs are always reasonable. Micheal is very skilled, patient, and understanding. He won’t break your budget to fix a leak! If ever ther
