I have lived here for a year and one of the many amazing things is knowing if you have an issue or need anything Jerome will take care of you! He is prompt to answer emails, professional, polite, and will see that the job is done. He is transparent about concerns and will follow up, so you know exactly what is going on. He has been a pleasure to work with!

Ownership at HV has changed hands at least twice in the last 9 years with several managers at the helm over that time; the same with maintenance staff. There have been some friendly, approachable, committed staff, however, there have been those who seemed uncommitted to the community. With this said, in recent months Jerome Kearney has taken on the role of Community Manager, while also continuing to provide excellent, skilled maintenance support. Jerome is very forward-thinking, submits improvement ideas/suggestions to the owners, listens to the community members, and wants the best for this community he is managing. I applied for an apartment recently. The manager on-site was excellent. He provided great service explaining the application process to me.

We just moved here and we love it so much!! The neighbors are awesome and really down to earth. The place itself is so clean and they have maintenance on call immediately! The pool, gym , and playground are amazing!! I definitely recommend this place!
