Amazing experience with this property management company so far!! We just moved in to a property a couple of weeks ago and have been very pleased with the response and concern of any of our issues when it arrives Christy is very kind, very responsive. Very prompt and I highly recommend her and her team. We are so pleased with our decision. Thank you Evans Management for All of your hard work!!

I hate to even give one star to Evans Management, If I could give Zero Stars I would. I stayed under Christy and Evans Management for Eight years and it was pure hell. Christy has a nasty attitude and arrogant disposition. Slow to send maintenance and never called exterminator for our house that was full of rodents. Anytime she called it was to complain. She sent a power washer to clean the house then charged it to our rent without telling us. Not to mention he used OUR water as well! That's just half of the hell I was put through! Plenty other renters feel the same way. Anyone wanting to rent from Evans Management PLEASE RUN!!!!!!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! $100.00 and absolutely NOTHING done to help us. Lesson learned! A "professional" appearance can hide the most hideous amongst us.

I have been renting for about 6 years and this is the best rental office I have ever rented from. Owner will do anything to accommodate your needs. She is prompt with repairs. Kudos to Evans management llc!!!
