Not good service! Not trustworthy!

First time coming to this place and not even once did I ever had to pay money back but this time I did! I asked why and they said "I don't know, I don't know much about that, maybe they didn't take enough taxes last year". Not once did I talk to the person who actually does the taxes about this but the lady in the front, I'm guessing is the secretary? Who I might say has a terrible attitude, you ask a question and the eyes start rolling, basically talks down to you.

Never got my Taxes, called multiple times no one answered. Didn't receive the services I ask for, and didnt receive a refund either, overall bad experience.

The secretary's attitude is HORRIBLE! The person who recommended us warned us, but I figured let's give it a try. The way she talks to people is awful. If you want to be talked down to and treated awful this is the place for you. If you don't like your job, get another profession. Unfortunately, I can't speak for he guy who actually does the taxes. However, I will not be back or recommend anyone to this place. La attitude de la secretaria es muy mala. La persona que nos recomendio nos aviso pero de todos modos intentamos. Pesimo servicio. Estuve 8 horas para poder firmar un papel, deberian trabajar mejor dando cita a los clientes por que mucha gente como yo perdio el dia entero ahi para una boberia. Me he disgustado mucho y no le recomiendo a nadie ir allí sinceramente hasta que se acomoden mejor. Atienden demasiada gente y pocos empleados atendiendo al publico.
