I have lived at this complex for sometime time now and I can say the office staff that has been great! Ian is a true Gem. When I bring an issue to him about my unit he goes into action to get it resolved immediately. Marcus is always prompt as well. Cait helped me with my renewal process and she showed me how I could save money depending on what option I chose, it was a pleasure working with Cait !

Since Sentinel Real Estate took over, this complex has gone downhill fast. Quality of living, security, and basic standards left with the previous owners. The only thing they’ve managed to maintain is charging an outrageously high rent for a clearly subpar product. The staff, with the lone exception of Ian, are painfully uninformed and completely miscast in customer service roles. Noise travels effortlessly through these walls. I hear my neighbors breathe, walk, talk, and exist. For $2,000+ a month, that’s not “luxury” it’s negligence. Do not be fooled by the pool or shared spaces. They’re bait. Ian and the leasing team at Rockwell are excellent. Their touring schedule is flexible, and the application process is seamless. Although I ultimately decided not to move forward (for reasons unrelated to the property), I would still recommend this apartment to others for its cleanliness, great amenities, well-designed floor plans, and ease of applying.

We recently completed a transfer to another apartment within this property, and the experience was extremely stressful, expensive, and disappointing. Our parking fee increased, we were required to pay an additional deposit and a transfer fee, and the process felt anything but resident-friendly. When we transferred into the current apartment, it was not clean at move-in. The unit had visible dirt, and the toilet seats had urine marks on them. We emailed the manager about the condition of the apartment, but the message was completely ignored. No cleaning was arranged, and we were left to clean the apartment ourselves. The community management and the office staff are well aware of the suspect's identity. Gaithersburg Police have records of every crime, but management does not cooperate with detectives and officers, failing to disclose any information or take action to protect its residents and guests.
