I am genuinely sad to leave this apartment! I wish I could have stayed!! It was cozy, quiet, the residents were friendly, and maintenance was always punctual and quick. The area is very safe, and I walk my dog Griffin in the woods nearby all the time! Personally I never saw a roach in my apartment. Maybe that’s because I was on the 3rd floor? I did see one once in the hallway on the wall and once I notified management I didn’t see any again. Before I left my apartment for extended periods, I would close all my drains up so no bugs could even try. Never had a problem really! After my “tour” today, If you offered to pay me to live here, I’d take the money.. and run far far away. This is based simply on the lack of professionalism of our “tour”. I say “tour” because even though I made an appointment a week ahead, I never truly received a tour. We get to the facility exactly on time, just to be greeted with locked doors and a sign to walk to the next door apartment leasing area. Just an arrow pointing in the direction to walk, no directions or building numbers. We walked about 4 minutes, no big deal, but had NO building suite address or anything, and we passed business after business before finally seeing a door with the location we were looking for listed. I love this apartment complex, it's beautiful here. But I want to thank Eddie 🫶🏻 for his attention, he was the one who gave me the tour and explained everything to me with great kindness and patience, he made me feel welcome, has good vibes, he is very friendly and made me feel welcome. Also was even very kind to help me when I had doubts with the application, it made it feel like a smooth process.Thanks Eddie 🙏🏻

(UPDATED) Management was very quick to respond and took care of the issue right away by spraying our unit and the surrounding ones. They were extremely helpful and we really appreciate how fast they acted. WE LOVE THE MANAGEMENT thank you so much for acting so fast on resolving our issue (First) We’ve lived here about 6–7 months. When we first moved in, everything seemed fine, but now we can’t go a single day without seeing roaches in the kitchen. We are very clean people with a newborn, so our home is always tidy. The issue is clearly with the building itself — roaches are also in the hallways, which sometimes have a foul odor and aren’t kept up nearly as well as the Lakeview building. Eddie has been amazing for us we were able to move in and get our washer and dryer, helped has been the best of help when it comes to the move in process. Could not have asked for a better representative for the company.
