Rocklyn Homes, builders of Renaissance at South Park do not up hold their warranties. In February 2020, I had a roof leak on a new construction home which resulted in having to have a hole cut out of my ceiling. They drug their feet on fixing it so long they refused to complete repairs, using Covid-19 as an excuse. I have gave them grace but every follow up with Haley, was an different excuse. First it was they were waiting on the CDC and government. They gave the go ahead. Then it was, they are going to decided when. However, they are now showing homes, allowing potential buyers to enter the office and new homes with them. When I brought this up, the new excuse is they don’t have PPE. There is a gap between my bathroom vanity and the wall with trash in between the gap. They refuse to fix and report it’s not a construction issue and that several homes have this same gap. Just sloppy work and I refused to purchase from Them ever again.
