This is the worst mortgage company I've come across. Their customer service is horrible, and their analytical tool to calculate escrow is from the 90s. Yearly taxes went up $30 TOTAL but monthly payment went up $300 PER MONTH a year after mortgage was established. This was because they mismanaged their original calculation and needed to remedy. Do not get a mortgage from them. Anyone else is better.
