My wife and I recently moved out of our Millburn apartment to a new place in Hoboken. We would like to thank every one at Rock Properties for taking such good care of us while we lived at Meria Commons. While no organization is perfect, we certainly felt like Rock always did their best to strive for perfection. I only wish our new management company in Hoboken was half as well run and organized at Rock Properties, but as the old saying goes, "You don't know what you got til' it's gone." Keep on rocking Rock!!!

I am an apartment renting enthusiast and let me just say, Rock Properties has without a doubt provided me with the best management experience! I actually get excited to pay rent! One example of their incredible management style is this one time when I was feeling a tad cold in my apartment during the winter. I noticed quickly that my heat was not working so I just dialed up Rock Properties and it was fixed that day! Within the hour! Absolutely incredible! I haven't been cold since! Interacting with their administrative team is also a blessing. It is like receiving a warm hug from my grandma (in my warm apartment!). They are so responsive and understanding of my needs. Ms. Julie is an exceptional worker. Very courteous & polite to the tenants. If I have an issue Ms. Julie is always there, she responds to our phone calls & emails. She speaks to us with concern & not in a rush to get us off the phone. She’s genuinely concern for the tenants. & being a great team member for Rock Properties. Cozy and quiet neighborhood I have lived in this building for 2 years and I can say that it is a quiet neighborhood. I sleep peacefully every night, which is very important to me. The quality of service provided by the people who work for the Bermudez apartments has always been excellent. They are ready to help you with any maintenance service or solve any inconvenience. I highly recommend this place to live. This area has restaurants, mall, supermarkets and shops. Public transportation is very convenient in this area. There are buses and trains to move within New Jersey and Manhattan.👍🏻🥰
