Rock Creek Manor Apartments

Left us with a broken ac for 5 months which was the entire summer with a baby until we moved out management doesn’t care no one answers the phone. Highly unprofessional they can up rent twice but not fix anything wrong in our apartment. Basements are nasty and very underkept. Oh and don’t even worry about getting your deposit back. Landlord Mackenzie left damages and uncleaned carpets in our unit from when she lived there before us then charged us for them when we moved out🤣

I'm a 100% service-connected disabled veteran and I lived in apartment 4 from march 2024 to march 2025. Management treated me like I was a villain for expecting them to maintain the building and apartment at a livable and professional level. Building one is not securable. The door to Buildimg 1 is not able to be fully closed or locked. Nor are the buildings cleaned on a regular basis. There's cobwebs and outside debris all inside the hallways. Within the first week of living in that SECOND FLOOR apartment the kitchen FLOODED when it rained because the gutters were so full of debris and when I called the then manager JEROME SCOTT he was clearly inebriated, and told me that I just need to move out because all I do is complain when this was literally the first time I ever called them about an

I requested a tour through Zillow. I was contacted by someone from the complex and set up a tour with them. The person from the complex never showed up. I have not heard anything from them since. I texted the person twice and called twice while waiting. I waited 15 minutes. I have still not heard anything back from the complex and this incident occurred over the weekend.

Resident at the Rock Creek Manor apartments, owner also has West View Terrace apartments. Edited to remove issues that were resolved.* The A/C unit was not cleaned this summer, despite asking. There is general poor upkeep of the apartment and grounds.
