Roberts III Apartments

Building is infested with all kinds of Bugs, Literally, when you walk in the front door you can smell roach spray in the front lobby, Maintenance is non existence, does not do any clean up inside the building except for the lobby. Security every night, either sleep or just staring at the phone. No help at all if something happened, they never see anything. We've reported the security guard sleep every night. Still, no one did anything It has been a year and a 1/2. Basic maintenance is not done. You have to ask for basic maintenance needs. Every single time they switch the air from cold to HOT They suppose to change our filters does not happen

This is a ok place to live for income. They keep the building up pretty nice even tho there are a few issues but you can't blame it on staff. It's up to the residents to keep there building clean other than that everything is ok . Nice staff and great maintenance

They the staff is rude liars and the truth Is not there and they got a bunch of People who they claim set fires all the time. They try and act godly they work The Devil. the place is nasty and bunch of bums live there. Do not trust management Carlotta or Delana

Management team is very professional and on staff Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Have not moved in yet but when I went today to get applications they were very nice to me and explained everything perfectly I look forward to many year with you guys
